Tropical Smoothie
							
"Tropical Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Serves 1-2, adjust according to preference

Whether for breakfast, a snack or just beating the summer heat, this smoothie is sweet, refreshing, and healthy. A touch of ginger adds a bit of spice and loads of anti-inflammatory goodness.

Ingredients: 
x1 cup frozen bananas (cut into cubes)
x 1/2 cup frozen guyabano (cut into cubes)
x 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 
x 1 cup orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
x 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
x 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
x4 ice cubes

Preparation:
1. Put all ingredients together in a blender. 
2. Blend for 1-2 minutes in 20 seconds intervals.
3. Serve immediately.
